Each subscription provides the responsibilities and work described on the selected plan page, subject to an agreed opening brief and access to the information reasonably needed to deliver the work.
Opening opportunity brief
Each subscription begins with an opportunity brief that identifies the strongest evidence, recognition gap and first priority. The exact service-start and payment process should be confirmed in writing for each client.
Fees and scope
Monthly fees are shown on the plan pages. Material work outside the plan scope should be agreed before it begins.
Refund promise
The intended offer includes a full refund where a client is not satisfied with the first month. The final conditions, request period and exclusions require legal review before launch.
